Are you committed to supporting the delivery of business change to improve the health and wealth of the nation? Can you provide specialist business change, leadership and knowledge of the clinical research ecosystem to facilitate and lead transformational change in areas that are new to this area and deliver benefit? Can you lead and take ownership of transformational change activity across a number of initiatives in a complex business environment and bring key stakeholders with you?
The NIHR is embarking on an ambitious and far reaching digital transformation programme and is current delivering a wide range of large multi-million pound strategic initiatives aimed at supporting its mission of improving the health and wealth of the nation. These initiatives are critical to the delivery of the organisation’s current and future strategy.
As the DDaT Office’s Head of Business Change and Transformation you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of business process change to embed these initiatives and their associated benefits. In addition, you will support the NIHR in developing and enhancing its change delivery model and the processes that underpin these transformational initiatives. The role requires expert levels of professional knowledge, an ability to develop a change management culture across an organisation, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You will work alongside Agile delivery managers, product owners and programme managers.
