JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Department of Finance of The Pennsylvania State University (University Park) seeks to fill one or more tenured faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate rank beginning in Fall 2023.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful candidate is expected to have a Ph.D. in Finance or a related field. Experienced applicants who wish to be considered at the Associate level should have an established record of producing high quality, scholarly research published in the top journals in Finance. Applicants at the Assistant level should hold a completed Ph.D. by the time of the appointment and demonstrate the ability to conduct quality research capable of publication in the best journals in the field.


Faculty members are expected to pursue an active research program, perform undergraduate and graduate teaching, supervise graduate students, and engage in service activities.
