This position requires extensive knowledge of all USPS, FedEx, and UPS rules and regulations. This position is responsible for answering any mailing questions and solving issues departments and customers may have. this position must also be able to find any discrepancies in daily postage accounting and deposits.

 

Job Requirements

Required Education: GED/High School Grad  

Skills:

  • Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Read and understand complex written materials such as blueprints, metrics or technical manuals
  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
  • Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff
  • Strong initiative to solve problems
  • Able to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives

Certifications:

  • Drivers License

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pull, push, reach, stand, engage in repetitive motions, grasp, walk, feel, touch, speak, hear and see including color, depth perception and clarity.

Departmental Preferences:

  • Previous mail handling and/or processing experience.
