Rider University’s Office of Admissions is seeking a Graduate Admission & Continuing Education Recruitment Specialist to collaborate with the Director of Graduate, Continuing Education Admission, and University Partnerships to support, lead, and implement strategies aligned with the University’s enrollment goals.

 Reporting to the Director of Graduate, Continuing Education Admission, and University Partnerships, the Recruitment Specialist will work closely with all members of the Enrollment Management team to strengthen the Rider footprint with goals related to enrollment, branding, and community engagement.

This position will collaborate with a broad range of faculty, staff, students and alumni including academic leadership, marketing and communications, career services, alumni relations and advancement to strengthen Rider’s position in the Graduate Admissions market. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree along with 2-4 years relevant professional experience
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Detailed orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment as well as independently
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience using data from Google Analytics ,Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other tools to organize data and track progress
  • A motivated self-starter who is comfortable taking the lead when called upon
  • Must be willing to work select evening and weekends throughout the year

Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Higher education experience preferred in the adult and online admissions environment
