Position Description

Manage reservations and schedule of all campus facilities for all non-academic events and summer conference business, as well as all external bookings throughout the academic year. Manage reservations for space requests while balancing the needs of all clients with the demand for limited space from all groups. Work with campus partners, including Public Safety, Food Service, Catering, and IT to coordinate events. and the Registrar to coordinate the prioritized academic spaces. Coordinate with Conference services and Event Operations to manage external groups and setups. 

This is a temporary position.  Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  

Position Requirements

  • Must have prior scheduling experience and experience with 25Live preferred. 
  • Maintain collaborative demeanor while working with limited space. 
  • Ability to work with competing demands for space with multiple campus and external partners.
