Posting Summary
As an active member of the Sponsored Project Administration grant lifecycle team, administer awarded grants and contracts in compliance with applicable award and sponsor-specific guidelines, federal regulations, and university policies and procedures. Prepare and ensure timely submission of financial reports for sponsored projects. Provide extraordinary service, outreach, and training to the University research community and external sponsors. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to problem-solve award-specific or PeopleSoft-related issues.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in specialized field and two to three years of related experience required. Experience with financial reporting and analysis, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and effective organizational and communication skills required. Experience with customer service, interpreting and communicating Federal policy, and with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. PeopleSoft) systems preferred.
Desirable Qualifications
