Job Overview
Articulate, evaluate, and design business processes, facilitate the delivery of business content to user community.

Essential Functions
Analyze business process and recommend changes to facilitate data integrity and efficiency.
Assist and oversee implementation of upgraded system functionality.
Test and analyze complex reports to insure data integrity.
Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing for system releases and updates.
Set and monitor business warehouse work priorities.
Assist staff with problem resolution and research related to system.
Recommend policy and procedure changes.
Manage designated scheduling software, oversee resources availability and capacity to ensure optimum production and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and collaborate with IT administrators and associated vendors to manage software updates and work with vendor to address software bugs. Train and support end-users in various colleges and departments.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Relevant work experience considered.
