The Lima campus of The Ohio State University seeks a Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, starting Autumn 2023. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the teaching mission of The Ohio State University and a background in teaching both lecture and laboratory components of Elementary and General Chemistry courses for science majors and non-majors. Collaboration with related lecture course instructors, the laboratory supervisor, and the coordinator for Chemistry is expected. This is an annually appointed position.

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Chemistry or an equivalent; ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Desired Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Chemistry or equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team; energetic and enthusiastic self-motivator.

This position is located in Lima, OH and the target salary range is $42,000 - $53,000/year.
