The Graduate Student Enrichment Coordinator will be responsible for recruitment and retention of graduate students for the Gallogly College of Engineering. This individual will work closely with the GCoE dean's office staff and schools to organize and administer programs that identify and recruit students and to increase a sense of belonging and satisfaction among the graduate student community. This person must be able to: collaborate with the Graduate College in support of existing efforts; willing to represent GCoE at recruitment fairs (virtually and physically) at colleges and conferences; support recruiting relationships at national and international institutions; and provide assessment of program effectiveness. A successful candidate will provide a high level of personalized service to prospective student inquiries and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of application requirements, admission policies, and academic programs across GCoE.

This position will require travel in/out of state. International travel is a rare possibility.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Equivalency/ Substitution: Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Proficiency with data entry skills between multiple platforms and with processing information on a regular basis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Certifications:

Valid driver's license required for occasional travel

Regular pressure to meet productivity standards
Frequent exposure to pressure caused by deadlines and busy periods;
May be required to travel locally;
Ability to engage in repetitive motions; grasp objects fingers or hands; speak, including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others; and see, including color, depth perception and clarity.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Departmental Preferences:

Familiarity with university systems for registration, course and program modifications, web page and social media

Supervision: One or more graduate students
