Position Description

The Academic and Support Services Coordinator will work with all EOP staff to create, implement and facilitate programming for all EOP students and targeted EOP populations; including but not limited to students on academic probation, independent students, students with academic accommodations, transfer students, specific class cohorts, and EOP Ambassadors.

The Academic and Support Services Coordinator will also collect data and implement assessment tools to accurately capture the progress of EOP programs and monitor the progress and programming special funding grant between Rider EOP and the EOF programs of Mercer County Community College and The College of New Jersey.

This is a temporary, part-time position that requires 25 hours per week. Starting in January 2023 and ending immediately on June 30, 2023.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. At least one year experience working with underrepresented and underserved populations.

Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Knowledge of and familiarity with the Educational Opportunity Fund and its mission is preferred.
