Supervisory responsibility for broadcast staff as well as managing and coordinating all functions related to athletic event broadcast productions, including — but not limited to — live and on-demand event streaming of games, press conferences, special events and announcements; hiring, training, scheduling student workers and outside talent; covering all required games, practices and events; producing live multi-camera broadcasts ensuring all broadcasts fulfill conference regulations and production standards; manage relationships with external broadcast partners such as ESPN and the Sun Belt Conference; provide specialty content for videoboard; oversee the upkeep, repair, management of multimedia equipment; coordinate with the University’s IT Department with planning for long-term equipment needs and repair.
Salary Range $35,568 - $44,400; Salary commensurate with experience and internal equity.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree

Experience
One year of experience in live video production and streaming media. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills; availability to work flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends; knowledge of on-air graphics and replay systems (Newtek and NDI), video routing, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, digital and DSLR camera equipment and troubleshooting.
