Rider University invites applications for an Assistant Director of Financial Aid.  Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, this individual will be responsible for providing financial aid services to students and families, including packaging, counseling, problem resolution, and financial planning. The Assistant Director will administer financial aid programs, assist with program implementation, and manage an assigned case load. 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated financial aid experience
  • Demonstrated internal/external customer service, communication, planning, and motivational skills
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and institutional policies, procedures, and resources
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, writing, and collaborative relationship-building skills
