Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience working in diverse community settings, and using community-based participatory methodologies.
Strong command of MS Office tools including Power Point, Excel and Word.
High energy, initiative, and creativity are required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends, in order to meet the needs of community residents and be present at community functions.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University’s insurance carrier.


Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Position Purpose
The Pontiac Collective Impact Partnership (www.pontiaccollectiveimpact.org), established in 2020, is a coordinating body that brings multisectoral partners together to create positive, impactful, and sustainable community change to ensure community members have the access, opportunities, and resources needed to thrive.
Utilizing a Results-Based Facilitation approach, this position manages bi-weekly strategic action team and bi-monthly leadership team meetings in partnership with the Executive Director.
The person in this position will be responsible for designing agendas, facilitating meetings, and leading a continuous improvement process based on StriveTogether’s Theory of Action.
The Director of Network Facilitation will lead group discussions and support accountability for follow-up and next steps.
A major function of this position is to guide strategic action teams through the Continuous Improvement process and support partners during network or group meetings convened by the partnership.
This includes supporting the development of action plans and implementing identified strategies around key priority outcomes.
This position reports to the Executive Director.
