Job Summary
Serve as point of contact between the College of Nursing main campus and Athens campus related to all matters of the building/facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • Liaise with Property Owner representative regarding building/facility's needs.
  • Liaise with environmental services team to ensure clean and well-maintained facilities.
  • Complete daily checks of building to ensure that appliances/equipment are operational.
  • Place request for regular building maintenance services.
  • Oversee daily building operations to ensure the proper working order of the security, fire prevention, and other safety systems.
  • Respond to alarms to determine emergency resources needed.
  • Liaise with local fire and police departments as needed for building security and protection.
  • Oversee the issuance of building access proximity cards.
  • Assist with set-up/breakdown of classrooms, simulation, skills lab and associated furnishings/equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors regarding needed supplies and equipment for building operations and work with Business Office for purchasing.
  • Coordinate the receipt of all deliveries.
  • Close and secure building at end of each business day.
  • Activate alarm system at end of each business day.
  • Communicate utilizing various virtual meeting platforms.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field with a minimum of three years of related experience.
    OR
    High School diploma/GED with a minimum of five years of related experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.

    Shift/Salary/Benefits:
    Shift: Days/M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm.
    Pay Grade: 13
    Salary: $16.19 - $21.63/ hourly.
    Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position.
