Job Summary:

The Wellness & Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Section’s day-to-day operations, providing high-level administrative and customer service support to internal team members and providers. This position also supports the Wellbeing Program on a day-to-day basis. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing faculty privileging and credentialing, supporting financial and reimbursements, and coordinating overall management of wellness program efforts at Children’s Hospital Colorado and the School of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists the Medical Director of Wellbeing Program with day-to-day responsibilities and program administration.
Performs complex calendar management support for multiple professionals.
Provides operational, financial, and physician support.
Arranges and schedules meetings, conference calls and seminars, schedules interviews, and makes travel arrangements.
Provides communication support, including creating and reviewing power point presentations as directed, taking notes/meeting minutes, creating flyers as prescribed, and creating correspondence.
Supports office management functions such as, setting up and maintaining files, receiving and referring inbound calls and ordering supplies.
Utilizes and remains up-to-date with department office operations and established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with Outlook, Doodle, or other scheduling software.
Basic accounting or budgeting experience.
One to three (1-3) years of experience in a healthcare and/or hospital setting.
Experience with complex calendar management.
Experience with credentialing providers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex functions at once.
Willingness to exercise judgment, discretion, and comfortable making decisions independently.
Basic understanding of office equipment, faxing, copying etc.
General understanding of Academic Medicine.

Anticipated Hiring Range:

The hiring range for this position has been established as $49,732 to $63,259.

The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
