Summary

A Business Strategy and Development Associate is needed in the Office of the President to assist with implementation of business development plans for the department. The incumbent will be the point of contact for Institution advancement regarding gifts and other strategic business operation. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible to review metrics to support the business operation strategy goals of the department. This position will be working with various stakeholders from each department of the College to develop metrics and processes for the business operation side of the Office of the President.

Job Duties

  • Partnering with the office of strategic and institutional planning implement strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with the office of institutional advancement to support strategic priorities.
  • Review metrics that support the strategic priorities.
  • Develop written materials that outline progress towards strategic goals.
  • Support projects that facilitate the work of the institutional advancement team.
  • Develop agendas and support meetings that support the strategic and annual planning objectives of the college. 
  • Other projects and duties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
