In conjunction with the Faculty Pro Dean for Student Education (PDSE), the Director of Enhancement and Innovation plays a major strategic role in developing and managing the development of our digital enhancement in the faculty, and in contributing and playing a leading role in the development of our pedagogic strategy.

This role will have a strategic education focus to ensure that the digital enhancement of our modules and programmes is maintained and developed in line with both Curriculum Redefined and LUBS Student Education Strategy. Alongside this, the role will promote and develop our pedagogic research strategy to ensure both modules and programmes are developed appropriately.
