Job Summary

Supervises short-term planning, and oversight of Internal Monitoring, Quality Assurance and Clinical Research Education Training for all clinical research activities at Moffitt Cancer Center. Responsible for control and continuous improvement of processes and methods established to control the quality of clinical research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Takes an active role with other clinical research leaders in identifying non-conformance trends, providing suitable recommendations and facilitate ongoing improvements using risk-based methodology. Prepares data and metrics for regular and ad hoc leadership, program leader, and investigator reports to demonstrate compliance metrics and group performance metrics. Assists management in researching and utilizing best practices. Keeps abreast of federal regulations and guidelines to keep Moffitt Cancer Center at the forefront of innovation and leading practices in these areas.

 

Minimum Experience Required

Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience in Clinical Research experience required or

* in lieu of Bachelor's degree, an Associate degree plus 8 years of experience in clinical research

OR 

* High school / LPN with 10 years of experience in clinical research may be considered
