Employees are hired and onboarded as a cohort to provide a community experience with a focus on shared learning through work such as group projects, case studies and contributions to the development of the program overall. All three tracks of the program - Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology, prepare rotators to be well-equipped to transition to permanent roles on campus at the end of the program.
