With supervision, will perform general administrative duties and/or research functions for the purpose of developing a working knowledge of a specific area of study.Job Description:
Support apparel design and product development cycle for businesses
Research color and design trends
Create a design presentation, mood board
Technical design, illustrations, and the elements of a tech pack
Follow a Time and Action calendar
Support communication with wholesale suppliers
Support sourcing materials and labor
Project communication skills
Source and request swatches
Measure samples
Basic Patternmaking work
Support sample making
Any other ad-hoc ACCFI activities
- Support departmental goals for DEI

- 1 year or equivalent learning experiences in the classroom.
- High school graduate.
- Currently earning a credit-bearing degree in Fashion Design or a Fashion Design Certificate preferred
- Work is routinely performed in a standard manufacturing environment.
- Subject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds.
- Work safely and follow safety rules. Report unsafe working conditions and behavior. Take reasonable and prudent actions to prevent others from engaging in unsafe practices.
