Background
We are currently seeking a qualified DevOps Engineer to help enhance our CI/CD pipeline, containerize and migrate our on-prem applications into AWS/hybrid cloud and manage orchestration through Kubernetes.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to build security, reliability, and scalability into the CI/CD pipeline
Troubleshoot build and deployment issues
Containerize existing .NET and React applications
Create and maintain Helm templates
Cluster orchestration through Kubernetes
Monitor and respond to cluster/instance health and security alerts/tools
Work with QA automation engineers, developers and the security team to integrate testing tools into the pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of DevOps experience
1+ year of AWS/Cloud experience
1+ year of container orchestration experience (ideally Kubernetes
Advanced use of HELM, YAML, Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
Understanding of hybrid cloud environments
Experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript is a bonus

Successful candidates should have experience in the following:
Implementing and supporting DevOps pipelines with a CI/CD tool focus on GitLab, Jenkins and Octopus Deploy
Containerizing applications using Docker, preferably those comprised of a React front-end and .NET back-end
Using Kubernetes (HELM) for container orchestration
Experience with AWS including EC2, ECR, Load balancing, S3, VPC, etc.
Using Git (GitLab) for code/repository management
Parameterizing and automating environment configuration settings
Experience working with a security team to ‘shift left’ and follow DevSecOps practices
Experience with systems administration in Linux and Windows environments
