Job Description

In support of Moffitt's strategic plan, the Vice President of Planning, Design & Construction has primary responsibilities for:

The development and implementation of the organization's Campus Master Plan. This includes the oversight of major capital expansion projects and associated real estate and/or leasing agreements required to fulfill the strategic plan.

Oversight over the development and implementation of all routine facilities projects that are managed by the Director of Design & Construction.

ensuring appropriate financial management through procurement and financial analysis of all facilities related projects

Ensuring that shared internal resources (such as staff architects, project managers, engineers, etc.) are appropriately assigned to maximize capacity management. This also includes proper prioritization of projects and the avoidance of competition for the available resources.
