Job Description

Summary

The student will perform research and other lab duties along with a graduate bench mentor in the lab on an average 10 hours/week. The student will also collect data, perform statistical analysis and generate publishable figures for the project. The student will also attend weekly lab meetings and discuss progress with the bench mentor on a weekly basis. The student is also expected to perform ethically and responsibly in the lab.

Job Duties

  • Performs research and lab duties.
  • Assists the bench mentor by performing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and putting together figures for publication.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a High School or College Student (undergraduate or graduate).
  • No experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in developmental biology and stem cell research.
