As an Office Associate, you will:
Provide administrative assistance to the Nebraska Food for Health Center including organizing meetings and calendars and coordinating travel.
Provide communication coordination, handling major aspects of social media content, website content, and development of internal newsletters.
Perform event coordination, receptionist duties, and organization and management of graduate student presentations and outside presenters.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High school diploma plus four years of clerical/secretarial experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Working knowledge of general office practices and office equipment. PC-based word processing and spreadsheet software program skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business or closely related field. Working knowledge of UNL. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Detail-oriented and accurate with strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently within established procedures. Experience using communication software (Outlook, Box, Zoom, Skype, etc.) and content management software (Drupal).
