Job Duties
• Assists with the day-to-day operations of the Department of Neurology’s Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) program.
• Functions as the first-contact liaison to students, faculty, residents, sites, and school administration for any issues or questions relating to the clerkship (Core Clerkship, Sub I, Elective and Visiting Students).
• Oversees medical student onboarding and orientation (Sub I and visiting students).
• Reviews and submits accurate final grade reports to the Office of the Registrar.
• Provides administrative support for the Program Director and education faculty, by creating Sub-I call schedule, monthly lecture schedule, mid-course feedback schedule, program calendar, and exams.
• Responsible for arranging weekly team-based learning sessions.
• Assists in creating educational material including the E-Value schedule and student case studies.
• Reviews records, course evaluations, direct observations, case logs, and course surveys.
• Facilitates student computer access to on-line scheduling, evaluation, badging, and advising software system.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Four years of relevant experience.

• Ability to display a professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient, and strong organizational skills.
