Job Description

The Department of Urban Planning seeks instructors to teach in the CAP first-year program and to teach various classes in urban planning.

The Department of Urban Planning has two accredited degree programs: A Bachelor's of Urban Planning and Development and a Master's of Urban and Regional Planning as well as an undergraduate minor in real estate development and a graduate level certificate in real estate development. We are also part of the CAP common first-year program, a design intensive series of courses taken by CAP freshmen. The department is community focused with a long history of impactful projects throughout Indiana and beyond.

Job Function:

The Department of Urban Planning seeks instructors to teach in the CAP first-year program and to teach various classes in urban planning.

Minimum Experience:

A degree in urban planning or closely aligned field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience:

Some studio experience is preferred for CAP first-year courses. Other courses such as impact analysis do not require studio experience.
