The Psychology Department at Saint Mary's College of California (Moraga) seeks a Full-time Salaried Adjunct Professor in Psychology with an emphasis in cultural and social psychology for a one-year (AY 2023-24) appointment, to teach introductory psychology, cross-cultural psychology, race and ethnicity, and social psychology. Departmental service is also required in this role, including responsibilities such as academic advising, teaching independent studies, orientation and admission events, etc. All full-time Saint Mary's faculty are also expected to contribute to the Mission and serve the College and community in many ways, such as student and community outreach, participation in departmental and College-wide committees, and the development and assessment of the College's Core Curriculum. Qualifications:

Candidates should hold a PhD in Psychology or the equivalent and have college-level teaching experience in psychology. Two or more years of successful teaching experience, particularly experience teaching psychology within a liberal arts context, are preferable.
