Job Summary:

Supervises short-term planning, and oversight of the Research Education Team for all Research Training Clinical Activities at Moffitt Cancer Center. Responsible for control of continuous improvement of processes and methods established to enhance the Training Academy Program of Research at Moffitt Cancer Center.

Takes an active role with other clinical research leaders in identifying non-conformance trends, providing suitable recommendations and facilitate ongoing improvements using risk-based methodology. Prepares data and metrics for regular and ad hoc leadership, program leader, and investigator reports to demonstrate compliance metrics and group performance metrics.

Assists management in researching and utilizing best practices. Keeps abreast of federal regulations and guidelines to keep Moffitt Cancer Center at the forefront of innovation and leading practices in these areas.

 

Minimum Experience Required:


Bachelor's degree and six (6) years' experience in clinical research experience required

OR
• in lieu of bachelor's degree, an associate degree** and 8 years' experience in clinical research
OR
• High school diploma and ten (10) years of experience in clinical research may be considered
