Support office operations/organization/front desk, trainings, resume labs, programs, student workers, and other career readiness initiatives coordination/operations of RCOB Career team (Freeing Career Coaches to coach/teach/mentor more)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and one year of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects.

Job Duties
o
Managing the reception area and front desk of the offices. Insuring that the reception area is staffed
o
Coordinating and scheduling student appointments and drop-ins to the appropriate resource within the WJCC
o
Coordinating activities of the student peer mentors and any student worker staff
o
Overseeing operations for the offices
o
Assisting with project management for presentations and workshops
o
Assisting and supporting project management including related to initiatives for student career and professional development lead by the staff of WJCC
o
Assists with implementation, development, planning, promotion/dissemination of logistical support for projects
o
Act s as point of contact for stakeholders with the WJCC including students, faculty, employers, staff in the UNT Career Center, and other staff members throughout the University
o
Supports assessment activities including documenting and reporting data in collaboration with the staff of WJCC. Assists and supports marketing efforts for overall W JCC activities
