The Lead Learning Designer (LLD) is responsible for creating, fostering, and supporting high-impact teaching and learning methods, ensuring well-designed and timely program delivery, including online programs. The LLD serves as a resource for project and program management, providing expertise and support while leading teams in developing new Master’s programs in Healthcare Administration and Engineering/Computer Engineering, both on-campus and online.
Join the emergent Learning Lab (LL) in Learning Design and Innovation (Dartmouth ITC), and help our team of learning and technology professionals to explore, design, learn, and share. Learning Designers at Dartmouth bring the best out of teaching and learning across a variety of modalities. Each project is different, but all involve working with faculty and working in teams that can include technologists, media producers, accessibility experts, and others. In LDI, we center equity, access, and experimentation in our work. Help us to shape the future of learning at Dartmouth College and beyond.
Learning Designers in the Learning Lab work on a variety of different projects and initiatives. Are you interested in accessibility, neurodiversity, and Universal Design for Learning? GreatI. You’d make an awesome addition to our Accessible Dartmouth Initiative partnering with Student Accessibility Services and the Dartmouth Center for the Advancement of Learning to help faculty to reimagine their courses and contribute to programming on these topics. Are you interested in making engaging and innovative online learning experiences? Awesome, you’ll be a great fit creating our degree and non-degree online courses where we partner with our professional schools and others!
