Job Summary
Provides general office support for the Education Program in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Responsibilities
Serves as administrative support for the Director of Education and Vice Chair of Education
Maintains and facilitates meetings and calendars for Director of Education and Vice Chair of Education
Administrative tasks as directed and assigned
Assists with program planning and implementation as directed
Compiles and organizes data for education mission
Assists in the creation and distribution of program materials, forms, and general correspondence
Manages social media pages for education programs
Manages website updates with webmaster
Responsible for monthly education newsletter
Manages basic accounting needs for education team
Coordinates travel
Maintains Purchasing-card
Responsible for supply orders for education team
Assist program managers and coordinators with additional tasks as approved by the Director of Education

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
