Job Summary
A Voice Services Administrator 2 applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: works independently with general supervision, problems faced are difficult but typically not complex, may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Responsible for providing support to users for problems associated with the organization's telecommunications networks (voice and/or data). Diagnoses problem source through discussions with users. Coordinates with internal support and operations groups or with vendors to resolve problems. Requires an understanding of technical aspects of telecommunications equipment and systems and vendor capabilities.

Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to: VOICE AND DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS - Plan, design, develop, and implement telecom technologies or infrastructure related to voice and data communication systems. Manage voice and data cabling installations, including supervision of minor repairs and testing. CALL FLOW - Manage the design and implementation of call flows for project and administrative applications, and participate in call flow optimization projects. TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS - Maintain back-end telecommunication services, including voice and data, fax server channel banks, MPLS circuits, computer telephony integration, etc. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION - Manage maintenance installation and configuration of client software on user devices for teleconferencing and voice mail systems. TICKETING SYSTEM - Receive and resolve work tickets (incidents, requests, etc) within in the ServiceNow ticketing systems OTHER DUTIES - Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in university and enterprise information technology and service delivery. Experienced in working cross functionally organization to support business strategic and plans. Strong communication skills are needed to interact with team members, management, strategic partners and clients. Possess a confident style which reflects emotional intelligence and a hands-on approach. Proven experience as a VOIP administrator. Experience leading large-scale deployment and optimization projects.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
KNOWLEDGE Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databasesDemonstrate an understanding of the need for discretion of all confidential and EPHI (Electronic Protected Health Information) HIPAA regulations. SKILLSDemonstrate effective prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, presentation, customer service and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills ABILITIES
Willingness to travel to remote sites as applicable.
Demonstrate ability to promote and maintain good interpersonal relationships.

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days; Monday - Friday (Some work outside normal business hours may be required)
Pay Grade: 18
Salary: Minimum $48,341/year - Midpoint $60,615/year
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
