Job Description
We’re looking for a talented software engineer to join us as a foundational member of a
team to plan and manage data science and analytics projects in collaboration with a wide range of businesses in manufacturing, healthcare, etc. This role requires completion of software development tasks related to data management, processing, and visualization; prototype development for new front-end/back-end solutions; and experience with a variety of data engineering tools and environments ranging from databases to processing frameworks to cloud computing platforms. The successful candidate will be a team player that works well with other developers, faculty and university researchers, students, and business entities.

Minimum Qualifications
Programming experience in one or more languages relevant for ETL development (e.g., Java, XML, and SQL) and other data warehousing activities; strong project management skills; ability to analyze a project’s bigpicture data needs; ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems; clear communication skills.
