Summary
The Children's Nutrition Research Center (CNRC) is seeking a Coordinator, Business Operations to provide support to the department by processing purchasing orders, managing travel, maintaining calendars and composing correspondence.
Job Duties
• Prepares and processes purchasing orders for multiple faculty members.
• Coordinates procurement of equipment and supplies using SRM and Concur.
• Maintains spreadsheets for faculty laboratory orders and reimbursements.
• Manages record keeping for laboratory ordering.
• Maintains data and forms; oversees the filing of correspondence and other records related to general lab purchases and equipment.
• Manages domestic and international travel in the travel management system (Concur). Generates faculty travel approval documents and enter faculty travel reimbursements in Concur.
• Composes formal and informal correspondence including, but not limited to, creating and formatting presentations.
• Manages calendar scheduling and maintenance.
• Submits expenses for reimbursement.
• Inspects and troubleshoots shared department office equipment. Facilitates service calls as needed.
• Provides additional support to faculty members as needed.
• Conducts general and clerical office tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
