MGT-496, Business Strategy Capstone
Spring Semester, 02/05/24 – 05/25/2024, MWF 9:15AM - 10:20AM Moraga Campus
The Management Department at Saint Mary’s College of California invites applications to teach one course of MGT-496 Business Strategy Capstone for the Spring semester of 2024. To be taken in the final year of study, this course integrates the major functional operating areas of business firms viewed within the broader context of strategic management, i.e., the process of managerial decision making and actions that determine the long-run performance of business organization.
- Ph.D. degree in Strategy or Entrepreneurship or a closely related field and a recent publication record in the field, OR
- A Master’s degree in Strategy or Entrepreneurship or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.
- Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.
Salary: $6,480 and $10,308 dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU, Local 1021, available here.
