Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Project Manager and Director of Clinical Research Operations, Clinical Research Coordinators in the Division of GYN Oncology support multiple externally funded investigator initiated, industry funded, and cooperative group clinical trials.

Job Responsibilities

Clinical Research Coordinator A

Subject screening, subject enrollment, scheduling.
Collect, process, store, and ship biological samples.
Collect and filing of study documents.
Collect and enter clinical data utilizing a variety of electronic systems..
Document study activities with accuracy.
Assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) filings and inquiries.
Assist in preparation of manuscripts, grant proposals, and research related presentations.
The Clinical Research Coordinator B will perform the same duties as above with less supervision. May be assigned to more complex trials.
Ensure proper reporting of serious and non-serious adverse events to the Sponsor and all applicable institutional or study related committees and personnel .

Qualifications

CRC-A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

CRC-B Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
