Qualifications:
FIN 765.01 – International Finance

Winter Quarter 2024, 1/9/2024 - 3/12/2024. Class meets every Tuesday Evening from 6:00PM - 10:00PM,

Location: Moraga Campus.

This course explores the issues and financial techniques that are important for firms with international operations. Topics include the foreign exchange markets, and the management of transaction, operating, interest rate and translation exposures. The course also focuses on international sources of capital, the cost of capital and capital budgeting in an international context, political risk, and import/export financing.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Master's or Ph.D. preferred in a relevant area of Finance discipline.

Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.

The salary range for this position is $6,480 and $10,008 dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU, Local 1021, available here.
