We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and successful scientist with the ability and skills to contribute to the world class teaching across programmes within the School of Biomedical Sciences.

As a Teaching Fellow, you will have a PhD in Pharmacology & Drug Development and experience of teaching in pharmacology with an emphasis on drug discovery and development. You will have ability to teach at an advanced level with an enthusiastic and engaging approach, using modern interactive education modalities and applying digital systems. 

The key requirement is experience in teaching and assessment for undergraduate and Masters level courses associated with the discovery and development of drugs to combat disease. The primary criteria for appointment will be academic excellence and potential to further enhance the teaching activity within the school of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Leeds.
