Posting Summary
Provide office, operational and budget support to the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Office of the Dean in the Larner College of Medicine. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external constituents, including students, faculty, and staff. Ensure the common space is welcoming, presentable, stocked with supplies, and creates a welcoming environment for students, faculty and staff.

Deliver high quality administrative support including support for meetings and events. Follows standard operating procedures to ensure efficient administrative support for multiple programs and initiatives. Preparation of ODEI budget reports, reconciliation of travel expenses, PURcard and expense reports, in accordance University processes. Utilizes a variety of software including Office 365 and Peoplesoft to execute administrative and operational tasks. This position reports to the Director.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree with one to three years of providing administrative support required. Proficiency with Office 365 Suite including Excel, Word, MS Teams and Zoom and the ability to adapt to evolving technology required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience working in higher education desirable. Ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to remain flexible while prioritizing different tasks desired.

Experience using PeopleSoft, communications software (Sitefinity) and online applications (Monday.com) is desired.
