Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma  and two years of related experience.  An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.  Grade II

Position Description:

Provides technical and administrative support for systems, programs, projects, and processes relating to physical security, access control, and life safety systems. This position will support the Belknap, Health Sciences, and Shelbyhurst campuses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintain security alarm testing program. 
  • Oversee vendor identification/access badge program. 
  • Identify and resolve technical matters while using sound judgement. 
  • Lead and provide administrative and technical support for new installs, service requests and special projects. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal/external customers.
