Position Description
Provide financial aid services to students (including study abroad students) and families, including packaging, counseling, problem resolution, presentations, and financial planning. Assist Help Desk with ongoing student questions. Assist management with projects as needed, and manage an assigned caseload.
Position Requirements
- Two years of work experience in a field or related field.
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with al constituents.
- Demonstrated excellent communication (both oral and written) and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency required (knowledge of automated financial assistance and student information systems strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated effective organization and time management skills are required with a keen attention to detail and working effectively as a team member.
Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience
Working knowledge of federal, state, and institutional policies, procedures, and resources preferred.
