Summary

The Division of Surgery is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Program Management to manage the educational LCME core clerkship program.  The Senior Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) compliance for program, managing orientation, credentialing, grading, management during core clerkship program, evaluations, and rotation schedules and any other aspects as directed. 

In addition, he or she will lead Program development and develop educational curriculum for its program.

 

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Job Duties

  • Develops and schedules curriculum for its educational programs. (15%)
  • Manages administratively program management with director and associate directors. (20%)  
  • Communications daily regarding tasks with students in management of its programs. (15 %) 
  • Develops and maintains program handbooks and guidebooks as applicable. (10%) 
  • Maintains E-value in all aspects for its program. (10%)  
  • Develops evaluation assessments of the program if needed. (20%) 
  • Develops educational programs with innovation in today's learning environment for advancement in educational training. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Highly efficient communication and writing skills.
  • Organized and tasked driven with positive and effective delivery.
  • Positive customer service skills.
