Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Evaluation Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Michigan Promise programs within the Department of Surgery. The Program Evaluation Specialist will primarily be responsible for developing, executing, and managing evaluation processes, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Their work will assess the impact of existing programs, provide insightful recommendations for improvement, and contribute to the planning of future initiatives.

This unique position will also focus on the development and program management of the Promise Coalition - A consortium of academic surgery institutions and leaders committed to fostering individual professional and academic growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of coalition initiatives, while also contributing to cutting-edge research efforts in the field of academic surgery.

This position will report directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
