Summary

Supply Chain Services is seeking a Coordinator, Business Operations who will under general supervision, perform business services support duties to support the BCM Family.  May lead the work of clerical support personnel for internal and external vendors.

Job Duties

• Works with external parking vendors to resolve account issues.
• Monitors all incoming communications via email or telephone and either responds or refers to the appropriate responder for resolution.
• Handles and monitors account transactions and associated documentation; investigates and resolves or refers account problems and discrepancies as appropriate.
• Oversees direct front-desk customer assistance in a high volume, fast-paced environment; directs and provides information to customers; calmly facilitates the resolution of customer complaints in an often volatile environment.
• Processes parking vendor payments and oversees vendor system transactions, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction; researches and resolves customer issues or recommends solutions to management.
• Composes formal and informal correspondence including, but not limited to, creating and formatting presentations.
 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service.
  • Computer skills.
