Job Summary

Performing high-quality comprehensive financial data management that is accurate and suitable for review by Clinical Trials Office staff. Data should meet the institutional specified parameters and comply with all other applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. The incumbent Is responsible for timely and accurate collection and coordination of data submission ensuring quality control and leading to timely milestone payments through invoicing.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include; but are not limited to:

  • Accurately entering coverage analysis parameters in OnCore according to study requirements for all GCC CTO studies. Ensuring all protocol related procedures are properly allocated to be billed to study or insurance. Entering appropriate CPT codes for protocol related procedures.
  • Assist with data retrieval and responding to all queries in a timely manner. Makes corrections to data entry in an acceptable manner as directed by the financial research staff and Institutional departments that approve OnCore coverage analysis. Responsible for entering negotiated protocol related procedures into OnCore.
  • Responsible for working closely with the financial clinical research team to review invoices and payments received from the sponsor. Assist the Financial Manager with implementing policies and procedures. Providing Investigators, CTO leadership or senior leadership with data in an acceptable format as requested.
  • Assist with OnCore training or troubleshooting for clinical trial office staff and Investigators.
  • Perform all other job-related duties/tasks as assigned.


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university OR Completion of two years of college level coursework with two years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with computers.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases


Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days; Monday - Friday

Pay Grade: 12

Salary Minimum: $15.06 - Midpoint: $19.58

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
