Job Summary:
The Anderson College of Business and Computing at Regis University invites applications for a full-time, term Lecturer position starting August 1, 2024. Anderson College seeks faculty members who can design, develop, and teach courses in its globally accredited Project Leadership and Management – Master of Business Administration (PLM-MBA) program. Additionally, faculty members must contribute to the scholarly community through research efforts.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential:

1) Design, develop, and teach courses in our Project Leadership and Management - Master of Business Administration (PLM-MBA) program. T
2) Support student learning by participating in facilitating workshops, student clubs, graduation, and other student-facing activities. Our program hosts the regional chapter of PMI monthly roundtable meetings and supports the annual Women in Project Leadership and Management and Annual Mile-HI PMI Symposium.
3) Maintain currency in the field through scholarship, including peer-reviewed publications, presenting at conferences, and other scholarly activities.
4) Actively serve the college and university by participating in various standing committees, task forces, etc., facilitating our operations.
5) Conduct service to the community, profession, or discipline by participating with industry groups, editorial boards, etc.

Our ideal candidate holds a strong teaching record and preferably an industry background or a history of working with industry in an academic setting.

Education Requirement
A doctoral degree or ABD status in project management, business administration, operations, leadership, marketing, or a closely aligned field of study is required, preferably from an AACSB-accredited school.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project Management certification from a globally recognized credential-issuing institute is desired for this position.
