Summary

The Division and Family and Community Medicine is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Operations who will support clinic operations by preparing and processing of purchase orders including in-depth knowledge of SAP/SRM process'. The Coordinator will also serve as point of contact for all work orders for the Kirby and Main-Baylor Clinics. 

Job Duties

  • Supports clinic operations by preparing and processing of purchase orders including in-depth knowledge of SAP/SRM process'. 
  • Serves as point of contact for all work orders for Kirby and Main-Baylor Clinic.  
  • Supports front desk as a backup for scheduling and as a resource for insurance clarification.  
  • Maintains and orders all administrative supplies for clinics and serves as back-up for clinical ordering when lead MA is out.  
  • Manages and distributes incoming fax messages for providers. 
  • Assists in training front desk/operations coordinator. 
  • Assists with on-boarding of new providers providing Concur training and any other administrative component necessary to on-board. 
  • Serves as back up to Sr. Practice Manager,  Nurse, and Director of Clinical Operations when both are out of office. 
  • Reconciles outstanding invoices for 3 clinics.
  • Assists with clinical projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Superior communication skills and the ability to multi-task while meeting timelines and providing deliverables.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Experience working in SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
