The Marymount University College of Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Technology (BILT) invites applications for multiple tenure-track positions within its School of Business to begin in Fall 2024. Positions are available at all ranks (Assistant, Associate, Full professor) in the following three disciplines: 1) Finance, 2) Management, and 3) Marketing. Successful candidates are expected to have a well developed research agenda and a record of publishing in high quality journals. They will teach courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in finance, management, marketing, or other related fields. A candidate who is within the first year of achieving ‘All but Dissertation’ (ABD) status will be considered. Competitive salaries commensurate with experience will be offered to successful candidates.

The College of BILT is comprised of three schools: School of Business, the School of Technology and Innovation, and the School of Design and Art. The School of Business is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and is the candidacy phase of AACSB International (AACSB) accreditation.
