What Your Job Will Be Like: We are seeking an Information Systems Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project plans and schedules for milestones and initiatives within the organization, will measure and track performance with cybersecurity goals, and will interface with project leads, other FIE Project Managers, Managers, and staff. On any given day, you may be called on to: + Provide project management support and direction in project meetings and Tier boards. + Participate in FIE ISSM Council meetings to provide project management support and direction. + Lead Org 5195 and Org 5197 Team Integration/Project Lead Meetings by collecting and managing statuses of milestones. + Present project plans and schedules at FIE project management meetings, team meetings, and other venues as needed. + Manage the FIE system/network repository containing all known systems, and artifacts to include ATO letters, and feed that information into the management assurance content. + Lead preparation of monthly management assurance meeting and weekly tiered accountability meetings. + Serve as a department liaison/customer relations manager to internal customer base. + Manage ITSM configurations (ensure all teams are in the tool and manage user assignments to the teams). + Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) process and Project On-Boarding. + Monitor Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms). + Support project on-boarding, risk management, policy/procedure development, asset management, or other cybersecurity related activities. Due to the nature of the work, this candidate must be able to work onsite. Qualifications We Require: + Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or cybersecurity relevant business fields, plus five (5) or more years of experience; or (AS + 9 or no degree + 13). + Experience working in a US Government or government contractor program. + Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Security Clearance, DOE SCI Security Clearance, other Government Agency Security Clearances, Special Access Program clearances, and favorable polygraph testing. Qualifications We Desire: + MBA or Master’s degree in above stated fields. + PMP Certified. + Active Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent job-related DoD 8140 / 8570 IAM certification. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Experience leading projects and integrated teams. + Experience with the Risk Management Framework or Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) including continuous monitoring. + Experience with Sandia FIE cybersecurity programs. + Active DOE Q or DoD TS; and SCI security clearance. About Our Team: FIE Cyber Security Operations (5197) and FIE Cyber Special Programs (5195) departments and support the Field Intelligence Element mission by delivering capabilities around information system hardening/accreditation, vulnerability assessment, risk management and forensics with a particular focus on mitigating cyber threats. The cybersecurity staff, consisting of Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs), Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs), Alternate ISSOs (AISSOs), and Information Systems Security Engineers (ISSEs), provide effective technical solutions for DOE, DoD and the Intelligence Community.
