What Your Job Will Be Like: We are seeking an Administrative Support professional to support program and projects within Sandia’s Nuclear Threat Science and Response missions. A dynamic, action-oriented, and proactive candidate is sought for this position. On any given day, you may be asked to: + Schedule meetings and SVTCs across the laboratory including in SCIF space. + Monitor and direct entity email accounts. + Document meeting notes and track action items. + Coordinate purchases, facilities needs, and supplies for lab spaces. + Handle and manage classified workstations. + Coordinate large meetings and visits. + Organize documentation and support our business and program teams in their day-to-day needs. This job will have considerable opportunities to learn and apply new skills (GitLab, Microsoft Teams, Confluence) and be a part of our exciting NA-80 / Nuclear Counterterrorism and Incident Response mission. About Our Team: The Nuclear Threat Science Department executes the Nuclear CounterterrorismProgram at Sandia National Laboratories. The Department provides technical expertise, practical tools, and technically informed recommendations to NNSA to advance U.S. counterterrorism/ objectives and build partnerships with key U.S. government agencies and certain foreign governments.
